Mike Marlin has unveiled the new single from his forthcoming album ‘The Secret of My Success’.
The London musician is no stranger to Bowie comparisons, and this track feels like it could have been a product of the singer’s late-70s ‘Berlin era’. Minimalist andambient, Gravity Lies is an intriguing snippet of Marlin’s second LP, and religion-challenging lyrics like ‘heaven knows, but I don’t’ are pretty much guaranteed to make you stop and think for a moment. It’s definitely worth a listen:
